In our family business we are already producing vegetarian specialties in the second generation. Since 2013 we have been producing Bio Veggi Filata in Bad Bramstedt, Schleswig-Holstein, a vegan alternative to cheese 100% BIO 100% vegan. Since January 1st, 2020 we have been producing only vegan alternatives to cheese in our company. During development, our top priority was to avoid chemical ingredients such as phosphates, artificial stabilizers and preservatives. That is why our BIO Veggi Filata consists of natural ingredients in BIO quality from organic farming. While the coconut oil comes from the Philippines, we obtain our potato starch exclusively from northern Germany and thus ensure short transport routes. During the production process, with the exception of lupins, no allergenic ingredients used. Our organic Veggi Filata is therefore naturally free from soy, gluten and lactose.
