Our focus is on developing innovative & alternatives to replace animal-based protein using sustainable ingredients, such as our plant-based egg made from rice bran protein. We are committed to producing high-quality, affordable, eco-friendly food options promoting health, well-being, and sustainability.
Our value proposition of using a hydrolyzed protein that has functional properties and high protein content similar to that of chicken eggs. Rice bran is a byproduct of the rice milling process. Using rice bran as a source of protein can help to reduce waste and reduce the number of natural resources used.
Our go-to-market is focusing on B2B side, we offer Exx in bulk quantities to food manufacturers and HoReCa.
Currently, we’re in corroboration with Ajinomoto, Thai Union and Phyathai Hospital and we’re working on customization of EXX to their specific needs.
